"My opinion" is to go with the R. The Rap will always be heavy and is not the ideal mx machine in "my mind". The Rap sits up high which is also not ideal. Even with good shocks and ext arms, the geometry of the Rap is not ideal for mx. You need to also consider the trans issue. This depends on hard you plan to ride your Rap on the track, but this may or may not be an issue.
Another thought, take a look at what the pros are running. You don't see any Rap's in the pro ranks and "I" don't think you will. If you are just looking to "screw" around on the mx track, then sure, build your Rap, you'll have fun.
Depending on the money you are looking to spend and how serious you are going to get, you might consider building your MX machine from scratch. Aftermarket frame, yz426 or cr450, etc and you get to buy all the components that you want from the beginning.

whats up with those c-dale??I mean there not that hot come on....people say there VERY light weight....at 375lbs I wouldnt say that...I can get a raptor to weight that....POWER??whats that?? you get like 40 horses while all 440 have 50-55 horses....and are lighter...tell me if im wrong but all those info a true and I think people should stop thinking c-dale are MX dream quads....
