Well, I have sucessfully, and secretly I might add, ripped my new engine out of my 2002 Raptor and put it on a plane to California. Harry at Trinity was very helpfull and VERY Patient. Unfortunatly patience isn't one of my virtues, so I was full of questions. I was able to keep the whole deal a secret until today. I went riding with a couple of my friends that ride Canondale's. We were riding along when they both took off hard, I pulled up to them, chose a line and nailed it and blew past them HARD!! They kept going off to the side wispering back and forth, until finaly they pressured it out of me. They knew it was louder, and had more of a lope from the cam. Awesome!!!! I still have a little bit of carb tweeking to do, but I'm close.

I had to change my signiture line, I felt it was appropriate.

I DO.............Now, my friends on thhe other hand have adifferent oppinion. It appears that they are going to have to dig a little deaper into their wallets or be content with letting me have the nod in the speed department.

DOn't worry Greg, the Cannons are a few cc's behind the 686. Even with a 450 kit, they still are lacking in the straight line power compared to a built 686. I think you friends were thinking of N20 as their only defense.

It was awesome!!!!! They kept saying what did you do?? While they looked at every nut and bolt on the engine to see if a wrench had been on it. One guy did say look and see if he has a button on it somewhere. It was GREAT!! They mentioned going up to a 13:1 compression piston in their FX400's, but dang you would have to get one of those little Indy Car starters stick into it when you wanted to fire it off.

It was killing them to know what I had done. I kept saying that I just took off my airbox lid and rejetted. They didn't buy it.
