I saw a new 450 kodiak at my dealer today it looked like a nice machine I was just wondering if anyone had ridden one yet and if so what they thought about it. I have been contemplating a grizzly but I'm kind of intimated by its size maybe a kodiak would be a better choice. Thanks in advance

 

well i'm glad I didn't go ahead and trade my raptor in on the grizzly last week. I rode the raptor all day yesterday and rode my buddies 660 grizz all day today. After spending a full day on the grizz in some real tight trails I've decided it is just to big of a machine for what I want. Don't get me wrong the grizz is a nice machine it would go anywhere I pointed it but on technical downhill trails it wanted to go everywhere but the direction I pointed it. Also I felt that it ran way to hot for a 70deg day maybe the smaller 450 kdiak would be more what I'm looking for but I guess I will have to wait till they sell some and maybe I can get some feedback on them. If anyone gets a chance to ride one please let me know how the new kodiak does.
