i this weekend will be changing the pads on the drum front brakes for my blaster. has anyone ever done this and how hard is it to do? does anyone have tips for me? any info will be appreciated. ive decided to just live with the front brakes since the rears just plain suck.

ok heres yhat you do. loosen the adjustment nuts on the spindle for the cables then just take the drum off and its just like a car basically. take some fine emry cloth and go over the inside surface of the drum lightly-that'll give you some more grip. just take one side apart at a time, that way if you get lost on how it goes back together, you can look at the other side. also use some brake parts cleaner to clean the drum and all the pivots for the shoes. after it's back together, leave it on the stand and tighten the adjustment nuts to where they drag, then back off a whole turn.after you get that done, ride around for a few minutes and drag your brakes to wear them in. then hit the trails!!
