I have a 14t front sprocket now and a 40t rear. the stock front is 13t. I am thinking of puttin a 12t in the front. How much top speed will i lose? My blaster will do 65 now. But i want a snappy low end. Does anybody else have a 12 in front? i just dont wanna lose to much top speed

Boyseen power reeds- they were a great difference. better low range power and gave my quad better throttle response. With the Wiseco prolite piston i couldnt be happier with it. I will never get another brand of piston. It definately gave my quad quicker. all i can say is dont waist your money on a reedspacer. They dont do crap until you get a bigger carb

You would probably lose about 10 mph but if you hardly ever top out it would probably be worth it.....I hardly ever get to top out on mine..

So your saying it increases bottom end and middle but you lose top end. I'm not sure if that's what i want cause i mostly ride in the dunes so thats a lot of full throttle.

Yeah it will help you get out of the hole and up to speed faster but you lose top end.....I plan on getting 20 inch tires with a 14 tooth....IF most your riding is high speed i would stick to a taller gearing...
