dejected and hanging head in shame....selling quads and taking up needle-point.
"Rincon" who rides a Kodiak, that was purchased by someone entirely different, has cleared up millions of questions and debates - the EX "is" the fasted trail (meaning MX) quad. All you c-dale, Bomb, Yami, Suki, owners/riders/racers will please now log off, unsubscribe, and be quite.

that's OK - I was once 17 and knew everything too..but you weren't born yet so I'll have to take your word this new complex quad stuff - us old guys just don't know so much anymore...
In fact - if I have my math right (remember - old guy) your a year older than my youngest daughters quad...a 200sx that I bought before you could even speak...
good thing your here to disseminate you vast knowledge and experience. Some of us have not purchased and evaluated every brand and model avaialble ourselves - but we look to you to let us know right from wrong.
Please,,,keep us on-track. (and please, remember to keep your ridalin level in check, otherwise we might end up buying or using the wrong quad or parts without your input)
Sorry everyone - just having a little fun in the kiddie pool - feels good to flambe a turd every now and then...; )

like i said, you're a real winner pal, the 400EX must be good, they seem to clean up around these parts of the woods.
your shows ownership, where as you're means you are. also some, just wait, all of your (see that's showing ownership) sentences don't make much sense. re-read your (ownership again) reply and you'll (you will) see what i mean. boy oh boy did they have english class way back then????

Rincon..give it up. Your last post wasn't even close to funny. I was laughing my *** off at swivel's posts. And yes...I'd much rather have a cannondale over the "badass"(used VERY loosely) 400ex.
Back to the original topic...that graph doesn't seem too accurate. I have always been in front of a Z or 400ex through every single gear, rolling or from the line(stock for stock). I'd say it's a marketing ploy to make the Predator look badass. I will admit that I am damn curious to see what the Predator can do. I guess only time will tell.

outstanding!!!! good to see the school systems are still teaching this stuff - Your right - spelling and grammar are very important! I sometimes don't proof my messages in a forum - but good thing you're here to point 'em out though! Again - good job Billy!!!
I will however, stand by my typo's and leave them there so that your post makes sense to others. It's the only one I've seen from you that has any validity - figure I'll let it stand.
See I learnt sumthin new here from Billy! - And I watch NASCAR on TV - so I must be an expert on what kind of racecar to get huh? plus...I'm a winner...and his pal ; ) - - but I shouldn't buy a Polaris though, right Billy!?

Uh... I'm 17 and that doesn't mean I don't know anything about quads. I know you were referring to Rincon but you did generalize quite a bit by saying that about 17 year olds. I've had lots of ADULT Moto 440 racers come up to me and ask me how many CC's my CANNIBAL has! Just goes to show, adults don't always know more.
Rincon - sorry but the 400ex is not the best MX quad available. If it was you would see Pro riders racing them in the GNC's. The R has been the #1 MX machine around but you won't see any with ANY stock parts in the Pro GNC classes, but you will see STOCK Moto 440's, Speeds, and Cannibals (as far as motor and frame goes). I too have seen lots of bone stock quads here at the local events... In fact, I've seen everything from bone stock Lt 80's to fully modded $20,000 + YZF 426's and it's all rider skill. But if you were to get two equally skilled riders, one on the EX and one on the Cannibal, the Cannondale rider would be faster, but only due to the fact taht the obvious power advantage of the Dale would give it the edge in the straights. What I'm really trying to say is, the Cannondale has more MX potential. Once you get the 440 kit, pipe, rev box, cam, etc. you will be a little faster than a stock Cannondale (trust me) and then all I would have to do is get a pipe, remap and I would be faster again. Then I could send my motor to Trinity or some company like that hand have some head work done and I'll blow that 440ex out of the water.

Time to cut the crap. Here is the real deal. I was out standing my raptor on it's head when a guy on 350 yamaha big bear comes moping along and asks to race. I half laughed at the guy. He stood on it, stood the thing up through the first five gears and shot a little spittle in my eye. I bet a yamaha big bear could beat the predator.
Big Bears don't blow dead bears. Big Bears SHHHMOKE!!!!
