new problem...inconsistant spark?!?!?!?!?

I think i figured out the wiring problem. when i kick the bike over i get spark in the right cylinder everyother or ever 2 kicks of the kick starter. the left cylinder never sparks. i have a new coil and new wiring harness. what is still wrong????? cdi? stator? voltage regulator? HELP!!
