Actually when I was looking for a quad, I knew I wanted a yamaha. Some friends had a Raptor and a Banshee. The Raptor was bone stock and the banshee had some mods. They raced and damn it was like the banshee was sitting still. So I bought a Raptor and haven't seen 4 wheeler in front of me yet.

I forgot to say why i got the RAPTOR. I wanted it!!!!!!!!!!!! I knew the first day that she was a keeper!! When the tranny blows i will not hold that against her. Maybe by then it will be 5 years old and csps will make yamaha pay for it.

 

First and foremost Rush98 I have a few bucks to lose as you say! Just bring it and put your money where your mouth is on that quote! I will be at silver lake with a few other raptors that would love to take you up on that deal.... Either you will leave rich (ya right) or leave broke!

Bought the raptor because honda didnt have a 650 ex. Ds was too big and heavy. And I have owned every other quad so why not?
