I would have went crazy and crashed his truck right back, and did the time if i got caught..you better come up to me with some respect no matter whos land i am on unless you have a death wish..

screw the lawyers and the court,when he does some shi! like that you take the law into your own hands..jmo

 

now that I think of it I dont think I could have taken him to court. I am only 15 and at the time had just turned 15 and had a warrior. Thanks to our nice laws I am only allowed to ride a 90, or 120 i believe. Anyway they probably would say that I am not allowed to be driving a atv over 120cc in the first place, dont you think? Well now I have a Raptor and I have yet to have an accident on either the warrior or the raptor, I believe that the law needs some eligibilities, or with parent sig or something like that. Anyway I do think that he got what was coming to him. Not sure how he broke it but I really don't care. As long as he doesnt sell his land to some housing developer I will be happy. Now that I look back at it and from the replies I have to admit, that was a really f_ked up situation,

When I was a kid, I dealt with a few people like that. Unfortunately for them I was taking names.

 

i was at my friends grandmas house and I had my old mojave and he had o go-kart with no motor so I was pulling him in a slighly muddy crappy field and we were just going back on to the dirt road and out of no where 2 hillbilly lookin guys in a 70-71? dodge charger that looked like they went mud bogging and one said he was gonna shoot us so i took off to his grandmas but 2 his supprise later that night I shot out all 4 tires on there car with trusty ole .243 hehe.......i hate when people get mad about there land even though they dont use it!!
