Hi, I am looking for a way to hop-up my 2002 warrior. All I have on it now is a jet kit and an air filter. I was looking into an oil cooler from FST or whatever that place is. I am also thinking of getting an FMF pipe, how much do you think this would help.
Thanks for any replies,
Josh

I jetted the carb, installed the pro design w/uni filter, vented the air box (homemade 7" diameter), and installed the big gun. All this and the 400ex will pull a little in a drag, if we run to 6 gear they have about a 2 1/2 to 3 quad lead. But in the woods they don't go anywhere!

I also want to put Holeshot's with Beadlocks on it. Would this be any performance upgrade, better handling, what?? What about a high-comp piston, cam, and valve spring, what am I looking at there?? If I just do airbox mod's and the oil cooler, what jet should I put in there??
Thanks for any help
Josh

WarriorMan,
A pipe, rejet, and airbox mods/filter are the first I would do to your Warrior. This will improve power tremendously. Probably best bang for the buck. If you are running the factory tires, a set of HoleShots/Razr's will improve your handling and traction (BIG DIFFERENCE). The stock baloons on the Warrior are awful. After these things the next steps if you choose would be wider axle/spacers and shocks to improve handling. Higher compression Piston/Performance Cam/Springs or Big Bore Kit to further improve the performance.
