I have a 96 Warrior and when i let off the gas a popping noise comes from the muffler is this normal for warriors to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

do you still have the stock exhaust system? what mods do you have to the warrior?

It has the stock exhaust and I am pretty sure it had no mods. I just bought it and the previous owner didnt mention any.

ok there's 3 things that I can think of
1) your spark plug, probably needs to be changed
2) make sure the exhaust is connected right and has no leaks( where the header and exhaust meets)
3) I would clean out your carb, let me know if any of these help
