I have a 03 wolverine & like it alot. Sometimes I wish it had more low end
pulling power for the mud but it will do fine for now. I just added a White B. R4 exaust, pro design filter kit, and torque stuffer. Anyone know where I can get the Powroll air box lid and what would be a good set of tires to give me some more ground clearance for riding in the mud & trails??

I bought the kodiak 450, new for 03, It is a great work machine and very sporty. I have ridden the wolverine and like it too but couldn't pass up the diff lick and all the other new features, not much different in price either. My kodiak outruns the honda rubicon and blows away the 450 forman.

There are three dealers within 30 miles of where I live. The dealer I bought it from wasn't either of the two I mentioned earlier. I negotiated a price at the dealer I drove the two bikes at and basically got them down to $5499 out the door plus $69 for a blade through Yamaha's promotion. I called a third dealer, and asked them if they could match the $5499 and throw the blade in for free. They said they could do it so I went with that dealer and got the bike and plow out the door for $5499. I figured that was probably a reasonable price. They had much better service there anyway so I was happy to buy from them.
