I need to ride so bad, my week has been sooooo boring. My mid range is messed up though, it has a bad miss all the way through mid range, none at idle or WOT. Anyone have any ideas? Cant find any bad gaskets.. saw one bad looking one and replaced it. The only thing ive changed lately is i went from a 148 down to a 146 because it fouled a plug with only 2 days riding. Could i be lean? it used to run fine with a 145 but i have a little less air box now. It was rich with the 148 but not very. Cmon please.... i need to ride. Gimmie ideas, i have the plastic and tank off now so i can do stuff to the carb without removing it so i can test it. I did see if the needle jet would wiggle up and down and it wouldnt so i guess the clip is still on there.

Put a new plug in then take it down the road. Check the color of the porcelein. You want a medium brown color. White is lean. Does the misfiring occur when you ease the throttle open, or when you pin it from lets say 1/4 throttle in 4th gear? Look to see if the ground strap is black. If so it might be ignition problems.
