Winter riding..paddles?

I live in alaska gonna be riding a banshee this winter would paddle tires help me at all in the powder snow?

Maxxis makes a rear atv snow tire called -M910 MAXXIS 4-SNOW, I don't know how they would work but they look promising.

Yes...
I ran paddles on my blaster. For powder or freshly groomed trails they worked great. But hard pack will tear them up way too fast. If you ride on hard ice or crossing roads you will destroy them....

Something like those Maxxis look like a good choice - interesting tire. Paddles will get chewed up once you start digging into the ground. Also, get a 22" tire to give you some additional clearance. Personally, I think anything over about 6 to 8 inches gets to be too much as you ar trying plow through and just get stuck...

On up to a few inches of snow the Basnhee is a blast to ride. Something that is hard packed would be fun too I guess.

Alright thnx for your input.. ya we got a biiiig back yard and its all flat and nothing but powder once winter hits.. thnx guys!!
