Well Alaska, as you can see below in my signature, I have the mods that you speak of (and some additional). They all work very well together! You will not be dissapointed! You will be okay with the 92 octane as long as you're not going up too high on the compression. And if you are going to just drop in a cam, you should be fine!

I have the stage one cam with a sparks pipe(16 disc,15 for trails)and no air box lid.

I installed the cam after all the other mods.I was worried about losing bottom end but its the same as the stock cam right off the bottom, as soon rpms start to build the hot cam makes more power, about 3 to 4 hp I figure and it revs out QUITE a bit more. This is the cam yamaha should have had in from the factory!

Awesome, thanks guys! I just won the bidding on a Stage 1 Hot Cam on Ebay, so I'm stoked!!! For now I plan on just putting it in by itself, but the next engine mod after the cam will definitely be a 11:1 compression piston...

The cam will look good on that pretty red and black Raptor.

No I'm just messin around. I really like the Red and Black Raptors, thats all.
They still aren't as fast as the black and white though, but are faster than the all black or the blue.
