What does it mean when the Reverse light flashes?
#1
When we put my new cam in, and started themotor, and revved it up (cam break in) the reverse light flashed on and off. We were also changing the oil at the same time, and letting the oil circulate through the engine, does it mean that the oil is low?
By the way, does anyone know the Raptor valve specs?

a reverse light flashing on and off usually means you are tumbling down a hill backwards. if you have time to watch the light!

Stock specs are .0039-.0059 intake .0059-.0079 exhaust. The instructions that come with the Hotcam say they use the same lash as as the manufacturer to slightly looser. The cam card that comes with it calls for .20mm intake and .25mm exhaust. Thats .008 and .010. That equals to slightly looser than stock.
As far as the lift and duration goes. The hotcam has a better lift and duration than stock so I would guess your getting whats intended.
