I hope you mean ticking noise, not knocking. Valves that need adjusting should make a hi pitched metallic clicking, a deeper, knocking noise could be something else, like piston slap,or bad rod. If the motor sounds like that after a rebuild, make sure the bore was right for the new piston size.
anyway, the valve specs are .003 " intake, and .006 exhaust, for stock. I put a Web cam in when I rebuilt, and their valve specs were .005 on exhaust., but I would try the stock set up and see how it works.

fixed the problem ! THANKS>>> Actuallly it's .005 for exhaust and .004 for intake with the WB cam that I have! I have a 16 tooth sprocket in the front and with the mods...I can actually pull it up in wheelie! With such a big sprocket I'm really surprised on the increase! I almost wish there were more mods to do!
I'm thinking on getting a head pipe! but I want to make sure it's worth it since they are saying the stock pipe is pretty big by itself! Have u done any mods???

They are right the stocker head pipe is plenty big enough, and since it is pretty straight with no seems you probably wont see any improvement by changing it to aftermarket. Warriors allways had noisy valvetrains...
