O.K. Warrior Bit#@? no need for smart comments. Yes ive changed the plug. I'm guessing Ward that you check the timming through that plug on top hole in the case where you line up thw crank with the cam sproket. What RPM?

No need to call me a bit$h either you F@g LOL

you check it on the flywheel (little plastic plug) using the light. when the light blinks you should see the timing mark at any RPM. it may be hard to see since its inside a hole, and shiny with oil.

He's right. Have you ever used a timming light before? They are pretty simple just hook one end to the plug wire and point the light in the hole. It will look like a strobe light. Every time it flashes you should see the "F" on the fly wheel.

Yea, I just wasn't sure if a light for a V-8 would work or not. Thanks guys I'll try that next!

Sounds like you are rich or lean on the needles....have you modified them? Have you modified the vacuum operated carb springs? Is your choke sticking? Is one of your intake boots ripped.....from the carbs blowing off? BOWTIES are a good thing.......

I forgot about that Gary, wasn't there some kind of recall on the choke cable?
