I can tell you for sure that if it is new it is pre-oiled
DO NOT ADD MORE OIL if it looks pink or red it will appear white when there is no oil on it
follow oiling and cleaning insructions in box

Hey Meos I must commend you on actually asking instead of just trial and error. If you really want to do your own work I suggust you get a shop manual for your bike. If you need any help send me an email and I'll get back to you as soon as I get it. Jetting isn't that hard. Clutch work is hard if you don't have the right tools for the job. Make sure you set up the clutch cable correctly and that you pre-oil the fibre plates. Your K&N filter is pre-oiled from the factory but if you think your filter was sitting around for months before you got it why not just spray a little extra on it. It can't hurt anything. The only thing it can do it make your bike run a bit rich until the extra runs or burns off. You can always spray more on and let it sit and drip the excess off.

Meos,

Installing the clutch weights on your Grizzly is relatively easy. The comments that DunePilot made about the clutch do not apply to the Grizzly because it is and automatic belt driven machine. Before you install your clutch weights, be sure to get a new gasket for the belt cover housing. I've had mine off twice and both times it required a new gasket. Also be sure to buy some "Grizz" Grease from your Yamaha dealer. (I'm not lying it really is called Grizz grease.) You'll also need two 6mm bolts to seperate the pulleys to re-install the belt once you have installed the clutch weights. It's a little messy, but not too difficult.
