R2F4 [is that right?} if noise is not a problem up there in the cold weather, go with the alien kit. It's the only one that's dual pipie all the way back but its LOUD.
and yes, you will REJET. but what the heck? at that temp, you should rejet anyway.....

everyone i know who has owned DMC alien has loved it, but had to sell it, cuz its too loud for **** retentive states.

I would go with the yosh,I put a full system in and all i have to say is WOW!!!!!!1Much improvment and dont take the airbox lid off,Yosh has there own specs if you do airbox mods,two holes and trimmed snorkel,I tested it out at dove springs in mojave and whipped raptors up and down the hills,But i think alot of them are not tuned right....

 

how loud is the sparks, or any of them. i too am researching a pipe for next season. Ive heard trinity stage four models and they seem to make a lot of power with very little noise. The gtyr, fmf, and alba pipes ive heard are way too loud for anyone who is going to ride their bike for more than 10 minutes. There is a 100 dB limit here in Michigan for idle noise. Plus you have to have an arrestor on there. I can already take quite a few piped and slightly modded raps with my bone stock 03, so i cant wait to get a pipe and challenge the rest.

 

It's funny that you talk about beating pipped bikes with your stocker because i went to the desert a few weeks ago and i had people asking me to race because i was practicing my holeshot start on a hill and they said that i was going up faster than anybody he had seen all day and that he wanted to race me on his raptor because he said that he put 1,600 dollars into his bike and i was going faster than him,So we ran them a few times and he got me on the first race but i said let's go again because i knew i could get him and beat him 2 out of three times..Laters!!!! I went again last weekend with my new setup, but there was no compition there but i did beat a raptor with a white bros. pipe...

Raptor03 are you running with or without lid on yours.Where is dove springs?I live in Agua Dulce and would like to know of some riding places in the area. I've been to Gorman,Roher Flats. Heard of Drinkwater, Mt.Emma, and Dove Springs but never been.

 

Actually i went with the yoshimura airbox specs which are 2 holes and a trimmed snorkel,But i also have a pro-flow kit with outerwear,I heard that it causes to much turblulance without the lid,But it run,s great...Dove springs is in mojave and it's off the 14 but really the whole desert when you get in to mojave you can ride if you know where you are going... I will be there thanks giving ,i think 2 days before thru the whole week,so let me know if you want to meet up..I usually ride solo and just put around nothin to dangerous so my girl dont have to call a search party,Ill show you some spots and you have to show me some ,I am off on the weekends so i go every weekend,Planned not to this weekend but it's hard...
