I just bought a 03 kodiak 400 for my wife and she really likes it. I am considering a new quad for myself as well and was looking at the kodiak 450. I know the frame is different on the 03 kodiak 450 from a 02 kodiak 400. Does anyone know if the 03 kodiak 400 has the same frame as the 450? I was also wondering if the Hi range in the 450 transmission is the same ratio as the forward range in the 400. Thanks for any help or input o the differences between the two.
