I just picked up an 03 Grizzly LE Titanium.. Love this machine, awesome power.. Had the 00 Kodiak which was nice but this thing is awesome... Anyways, my main question to anyone who knows is I seem to be getting awful gas mileage.. 40 miles or so and Im damn near empty, not quite to reserve but very very low.. The Kodiak could do that with a half of tank.. Does anyone know what mileage I should realistically be getting.. I know its less then my Kodiak but how much less??? Also highly recomend getting all of the skid plates, first day out on her I bent lower left A ARM. Since then all skid plates have been installed.. day late and $400 short.. I think on the first ride or two, mine got pretty crappy gas mileage, but after that it seams to be getting really good gas mileage. I think it is just bad until the engine breaks in a little. I love my Limited Edition Titanium Grizzly to. I just wished I new the total number of them built, as well as the total of all Grizzly's built for 2003.

 

Ok Thanks alot.. have only had it out twice for good rides (4hrs each) and I did notice that the second ride was a little better but I thought it was in my head.. I will see this Sunday what happens. Thanks for the input.. After getting this color I cannot imagine ever buying one of those god awful other colors again (RED, GREEN, TAN, etc..). My red Kodiak looks like such a piece of S**T now..

Let me know how it goes. I just hit the 20-hour mark, and mine seams to be doing really well. I ride for 3-4 hours and only use between 1/4 and 1/2 a tank. Awesome quad, I know what you mean about the color, everywhere I go people flock around my new Limited Edition Grizzly [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
