If you are talking about me, no I dont think so. I have run it with this jetting in the 5000 ft range and it rips. I have checked the plugs and they are just about right. I live at 6000 feet and it runs good up here also. If I were at sea level or close to it, I would need to run about a 320 main or in that range.

The machine is stock, except for pipes, cool head, impeller, and carb mount filters. Oh, and tors removed.

Hey Wyo, what jet are you going to run down at FSW's??

I think I am going to purchase some 310, 320 and 330 mains, so if I have to rejet I can. I will probably stick the 320 in and try that when I get down there.

Bat, I'm going to do exactly the same thing you're doing. I predict that I'll need a 310 figuring 1 jet size per 2000' of altitude since 280 is good at 5000' and 270 is good at 7000'. But, I'll buy a couple sizes above that to be safe. I'll go with the 320 jet installed and see how that works - better a notch rich than lean. With your clamp-ons you seem to run about a size bigger than me so I'm guessing 320 will be your ideal number.

Man, it's going to be cool to actually make some sea-level power.
