Well, I've finally made my rear tire choice; I want 4 ply Razr's on .190 Douglas rims.

I'm a little confused on which size I should get... I live in NH and ride a lot of rocky, rooty trails but I like pits and soft stuff too.

Eric Trenga told me to get 20 x 11 x 10 but I've talked to a bunch of other people too and most say to get an 8 or 9 inch wheel because having more sidewall is better "cushion" in the rocks. Everyone seems to think the 11" width is the way to go though. Also, Trenga told me to definitely get 6 ply - I think I want 4 ply just for the weight savings.

What is everyone else running for tires and wheels? What size / type should I get? Why?
