mainly on dirt hills, i have tried alot of different thing, i've tried doing it in low gears and high gears, but all i can do is spin. I'm 17 and i ride with a bunch of 17 or 18 year olds. The only problem is i'm the only 2 stroke. I think i need to run it harder at the bottom and get more of a run.

ok since your a 2-stroke the power getting to the ground is going to be a little different then a 4stroke. 4strokes generally hook up a lot better then 2 strokes because of the way the power comes on with 4 strokes its smoother. Obviously more speed means more momentum meaning that you'll go farther up the hill but you should have to hit many hills in 6th to make it up. I think that just since you're comparing it to 4strokes it looks like your spinning to much 3rd or 4th should be enought to get up most hills. or if there more of a technical steep hill you want to go to a lower gear like 3 or 2. I don't have as much experience going up dirt hills but i know in the dunes a lot of times you may have to shift down to keep the revs up or feather the clutch a bit. A lot of it is just practice. what quads exactly are you comparing yourselve to cause if its like raptors or something they are going to clime higher then you cause the got way more power hope that helps a bit
