Remove the Snorkle & lid, go 160 left / 165 right carb on your jets.
The main jet on your right carb is 5 larger than your left. So keep that in mind when you switch.
While the carbs are out, turn your air fuel screw all the in until they are seated. Be sure to count how many turns it takes until it seats. Do that on both carbs before you make any adjustments to see what the factory offsets were and use that difference in your final offset settings. THe right carb will be set richer because it's feeding two intake ports.
Don't adjust the needles right away, they may be OK. Ride it and see if you have any hesitation or sputtering.
Do a plug check and go from there.

have any of you tried the full exhaust from mbrp it looks pretty cool on their web site (http://www.mbrp.com/atv/) the bends coming out of the head seem to be a rounder design then stocks head pipes, and for the noise lever its only a 93 dbl

I went with the Big Gun Race Series complete . It is louddddd!!!! I noticed a huge difference on the bike when I put it on. And the head pipe is way fatter than the stock head pipe. I wanted the loudest I could get. But thats my money. Looks like e1 else is saying your best bet is with Yoshi or CT/Graydon. Whatever you choose Im sure it will work out fine. Good luck and have fun!
