if so, is there a noticable improvement in power? is it worth the money?

I asked this question about the FMF Q4, and got negative responses

just wondering if there is a quieter performance pipe out there that would be worth buying, or should I just remove the spark arrestor and drill the baffles in the stock silencer?

don't want a loud Raptor, just looking for some HP gains, thanks
