Hey y'all,
This last weekend I was ridin my 96 Warrior and hit an un-seen ditch in 5th gear and fliped it a complete flip end over end. I was thrown off and broke my arm. I think the impact bent my axle a bit(not too much though) And I was wonderin if it was in need of being replaced. And if I didn't would it do any damage to other parts or be dangerous?>?>? Well any help is appreciated

I don't know how bad it's bent, but the bent side will whip around as you ride and cause premature bearing failure.

Replace it, and also check the frame, it is probably bent also.

Replace it if it is bent. Mine was bent on my Wolverine and the dealer told me if it was not bent that bad he would not worry about it. It ended up that I had to put new bearing and seals in because of the bend. I bet the axle was not bent but maybe an 1/8" or at most 3/16" out. But it caused me a lot of headaches. It was bent for about 8 or 9 months and I road on it only about 2 or three times a months a few hours at a time and still got all of this damage.

Hey,
Thanx for everyone who gave me feedback. It's really not that bent, and its not just on one side. We put it up on a stand and popped it in gear and let the tires spin, and they both kinda waver a little. And i doubt the frame is bent, wouldn't the shock break be for the frame bends?? Whats the cheapest rear axle??

That's what I thought about mine when ever I found out it was bent. You might want to see if your rims are tweaked. Spend the $$$ now or you will be spending more $$$ later. Believe me I have learned from experience. I wouldn't look for the cheapest axle I would look for one that will last you for a while if you plan on keep your Warrior. DuraBlue I here makes a good axle. Also make sure your tires don't have any dirt on them because it will make them look like they are wobbling.

I'd stand the quad up on it's grab bar and look at the frame.I've owned Warriors for years and I think the frames are weak.I would almost promise you it's bent cause I like I say I'm real familiar with the warrior
