Almost everything in your question looks like 25" with a good aggressive pattern are what you need. I've experienced about every one of those things with my 27" Claws. Lugs down some with the big tires, rubs the black fenders (though thats no biggie), and effects the speedometer. And effects pulling hills in high range as well.
I'm about 12" at the lowest point with the Claws, but the thing that wakes me up is that a 2003 AC 500i has the same or better ground clearance as my Grizzly does and its all stock.
