Warrior 350 or Honda 400 for the wife?
#1
What quad should I get for the wife?? I am going between the Warrior 350 with reveres and the Honda 400EX.
What bike handles better?
What bike has the best overall power?
What bike is more reliable?
What bike is better for the intermediate rider??
I also will buy it used so cost will be minimal.. Best bang for the buck!
PS, we trail ride..

If your wife likes or could use reverse [i like reverse, and i'm not yer wife] its the warrior. I am told the honda handles better at speed, but that just started a debate. the warrior is a time tested design that works reliably. its kinda heavy and kinda hurky, compared to the newer stuff, but man there's a lot of them around! it's not too wimpy for an adult nor too powerful for a fun run or a novice rider. As for the Honda, it's a good scoot, and i'm sitting here wearing a HOnda hat, but your wife would prob be happier with a warrior simply for extra features like reverse. [yes it's a big deal]

Mudstud, you've been here long enough to see plenty of these debates I'm sure - and many of these posts turn into just that - a debate. If your wife is looking for more performance then a 400ex will probably suit her well but if she wants to cruise the trails and have a comfortable quad with reverse the Warrior would suit her fine. BTW, my wife rides a Warrior and it is a little big for her since she only weighs about 115 lbs but it suits here level of riding well. Either one will be reliable and can be found at decent prices used.

The EX for speed, easy wheelies and high speed handling. Warrior for great trail rides and plenty of power to get from point A to B.. Reverse is a big plus for the Warrior, I enjoy having it.

MudStud,
The Honda on the questions you wanted answered.
Maybe the warrior for the intermediate rider but it wouldn't take long for her to get used to the 400EX.
For myself I would rather purchase the 400ex for about the same amount of money. If my wife was riding with me and she needed reverse I would get off mine and help her.

I have owned and ridden both of these and they are both good trail machines, but I would Go for the bright green KFX-700! This is what my wife wants!..lol The warrior is probably the better choice for the wife... but , what if she likes wheelies? then get the 400ex!

I think thats what I will do . I was 90% sold on the ex but the reverse thing was the kicker, she said she can whip it around but I think I will be getting off and doing it for her..I do it know for her!!
