I just got done reading dirtwheels and they claim that Yamaha has a new raptor look-a-like on its way only about 40lbs lighter. Something that will compete with the z400 so it will be in the 400cc range.

It would be awesome if they did. Its about time they put more effort into sport quads. I mean in the last 15 years they have come out with like 1 new sport quad and how many utility quads and dirt bikes?

 

my spies tell me 450 motor, raptor looks, updates, for GNC/GNCC. gonna be awesome.
would you expect anything else from yamaha? hehe

While they are at it,,,,,

Please take 50lbs off all the other quads,,,and give them 15 more HP.

rapt is the best trail quad rip it up quad out there...that is why I have one

this will bea MX quad..

 

youre right groc .. put me in a trail setting, and nobody's passing me! last time we went out i was so far ahead i got cold before the pack caught me... bifocals and all. guess it comes with doing it for 40 years.
