how fast is a stock wolverine and would it come close to beating a grizzly??

 

a stock wolv will go 55-58mph.it all depends on the conditions

 

My uncle has a 99 Grizzly and I can hang with him when we are not at a dead stop and pin the throttles. He will start to pull away on the top end though. But from a dead stop he beats me. I guess it has to do with the automatic tranny. Plus it is when he has it in 2wd I don't know if that would make a deference or not. But I don't think the Wolverine that bad for being 250cc smaller engine and the Wolv is in 4wd all the time.

Im not sure how fast EXACTLY to the pin how fast a Wolverine is. Im thinking around 55-58 depending on what conditions your talking. We ARE talking a stock machine. My dad's Grizzly can run 62 mph on a FLAT road with a good stretch. That is with the throttle totally hammered. The Wolverine in my opinion hangs pretty good. Like I said only about a 4 mph difference between the two............AND if you want to go past stock you can make your Wolverine prolly just as fast as a Grizzly by just adding some larger tires......You will lose bottom but gain some extra mph's.
