Get new fenders from Maier or from ebay... If the fender isnt broken off, you could try some strong epoxy. You know those plastic lawn chairs? Well I broke one (pure accidential) and I expoxied it, let it dry over night, and it still works fine! No one can even tel it was broken!

HEY GOOD TIPS ! never thought about it spreding , drilling a hole sounds good , heck got a body shop just down the road i'll try them out. If not I think I'll go with a small hole at the end of the crack and then epoxy it. Thanks for the tips

Expanding on what crazzy is saying. Try to find some old plastic the same color as the fender you are repairing and melt that plastic into the crack. Hold the crack open so that you get the melted plastic in the crack, and when you let go of the plastic the excess squishes out on both sides. Sand the excess squished out plastic down with 300 grit then run a heat gun or torch over the sanded area. The heat gun/torch should make the plastic good and shinny again. Be careful not to burn the plastic. Take your time. Good as new!
Heat gun or torch will take stress marks out of plastic to.
