welding banshee crank?
I have heard of 99's and 00's that have started to seperate. However, I have a friend that has raced his 96 since it was new and has never had the crank out. It is ported on race gas etc. Basically, wait until the bearings go or you have it ported. My 99's bearings were already shot in 2001.

I have a 93 and havent done anything other than fixing the counter wieghts that were coming loose on it a few years ago. Running about 175 lbs of compression and have luckily had no trouble with the bottom end so this point. I have pretty much the same stuff you listed plus a bundle more. But yes as Alky said I have seen 00 and 01 cranks come apart. Im just lucky I guess.

Before the power valve setup, I was running all the bolt ons with my stock cylinders at 185 PSI. I didn't race it just rode the dunes and trails. When I tore it apart to have it ported I found the crank had started to spread already. (this is on a 2000) I hadn't been running that PSI for that long either. If you start to feel any extra vibration done low I would check it out. If the crank goes it usually will destroy your top end as well.
