Default stage 1 porting? or no?

i have a very old 1973-6 Suzuki TS400. it has some power but not too much. so i was wondering if i should get a Pro-Flow stage-1 porting and polishing kit for it. it costs $80 and need to know if it is worth it. it says it increases lower and mid-range torque. it needs the power. is it worth it?

thanks

-Aaron
