Was out cleaning all the mud off my Rappy (from last weekends ride) BTW before I forget Lemon fresh Pledge does work nice on the plastics! Anyways at the end of our day of rideing it started to run like crap... like it was hitting the rev limiter at 1/4 throttle... I changed the plug and that help alittle but I pulled of my air filter to clean it (K&N/Outerwares) and inside my carb boots was alot of water bubbles.... I'm guessing thats my prob. Now if I wipe out what I can, clean the airfilter, drain oil and put fresh oil in should that fix my problem?

 

sounds like your switch to the parking brake is dirty or is on it makes the rev limiter come on a 1/4
throttle

 

Ya, it's not that it just kinda sputters like that.... Like it can't get enuff fuel.
