Default Shift-Pro shift kit for a banshee?

Has anyone heard about a Shift Pro shift kit for the Banshee or installed one? I read about it on line at sportquad.com. They claim it fixes the shifting problem. I think I might want to try one. Has anyone tried it yet?

The only thing I have read that helps the Banshees shifting is using the RZ350 shift drum.

Ernie, the RZ drum will work but you also need the RZ forks. Don't go to your yamaha dealer and try to buy this setup. It has been discontinued so they will send you banshee pieces. The RZ used some type of roller.

Dunealot, either modify your shift star or buy one from cascade (www.cascadeinnovations.com). Then use a good tranny fluid such as Belrays gear saver or Klotz's Supertechniplate. When you put the star on, make sure the offset screw is in adjustment (you will know what I mean when you get in there).

Some other things I recommend while you are there:
Pro-design water pump impeller
JL or Pro-design water pump cover
Changing coolant to Engine Ice
Going back with stainless allen head screws in the clutch cover. This will make it easier to remove it next time (www.hy-tech-atv.com)
YZ490 clutch springs-----definetly. Will make clutch lever harder to pull though.

I used to miss shifts all the time on my banshees since I would come off of my Hondas (250r and 250x) then ride them. After modifying the star I have yet to miss a shift.

Thanks AlkyBurninX for the advise. I have a complete RZ350 tranny with drum and shift forks. I will install them next time I have to go in.
