I am in the process of installing a set of driving lights on my 350ER to replace the OEM dual beam set now on the machine. The new lights are rated at 50 watts a piece and I am wondering if the current circut that supplies the factory lighing system can support these new lamps! Has anyone replaced their original lights with a aftermarket Halogen setup? Any advice or experienced tips appreciated!

I would contact Ricky Stator and ask him that question. He's pretty much the stator guru & I'm sure he could tell you and could also tell you the cost of rewinding your stator if it is necessary.
