Best place to have Elka shocks repaired (in U.S.)?

Need to have one front shock put back together. I can't get the anodized piece that threads on where the shaft goes into the shock body. I removed the spring but still can't get it to thread.
Contrary to everyone else, my Elka's have been a nightmare. The rear one came apart (they now added a safety lock to stop it from happening again). I got hurt pretty bad that took months to heal but no permanent damage. Elka didn't take any responsibility for it probably from fear of getting sued. I have the pictures to show how it unthreaded itself. They tried to say it pulled apart but none of the threads were damaged. Now the front one came apart. Nothing like the back one though. The front one is functional, it is just a cover cap.
Any suggestions on a good company in the U.S.? Would also like to go to double rates on the front instead of the triple rates. Need a stiffer spring on the rear too. I am always bottoming out.
