One thing you can do to, is ride your bike up to 4th. gear. Then slow down to 2 grand or so, but leave it in 4th. gear. Then jam the throttle in while running at the low RPM and see if it falls on it's face sputtering. If it does, then you are definatly rich. That is similar to how they test you on a DYNO, mine sputtered hard on that test and I went down a jet size and it cured it.

One time when I had changed the needle on my raptor the the plastic plug that holds the needle had poped out and the needle could bounce up and down ,it also poped and back fired,ran like crap.Some thing to double check any how.

sixsixT whats the deal with the breather is it any good? does it help at all? how much is it?

The breather works great. It was $17 I think.
