Are you running with the airbox cover on or off. Maybe just readjust your idle/air screws and the glowing should go away.

If you search past posts on "glowing headpipe" you will probably find that most people say it is normal with the stainless steel yosh system. Unless your quad is idling rough or popping and farting upon decelleration, you probably don't need to adjust your idle midture screw. I assume the glowing is only really visible when it gets dark outside? If it glows bright red doring the daytime, then your idle is too lean. My quad does the same thing. Good luck!

I have the Yosh head pipe too, mine also glows a little red at night. I am sure mine is not running lean, it is a little rich if anything and it glows. I think it is the pipe too and not your bike if it is running right.

The specs. you used are fine assuming that's in mm. The glowing headpipe is normal as long as it's only glowing when your sitting and idle for a minute or two. I bet your intakes were real tight befor you adjusted them.

YES THE INTAKES WERE TIGHT
THE SPECTS SAID 0.10 TO 0.15 FOR INTAKE
0.15 TO 0.20 EXHAUST ON A COPY OF THE SERVICE MANUAL FROM BIG VALLEY ATV CLUB ONLINE
IT WAS A NIGHT & THE HEADPIPE SEEMED TO GLOW EVEN WHILE HOLDING AT ABOUT 2500 RPM
I DO HEAR SLIGHT VALVETRAIN NOISE

Those specs are all in MM, The specs out f the factory service manual are,
Intake~0.10~0.15mm (0.0039~0.0059in) I set my intakes closer to the 0.0059 becaues they seem to tighten up by the next valve adjustment
Exhaust~0.15~0.20mm (0.0059~0.0079in) I also do the exhausts closer to the 0.0059 because they don't tighten up like the intakes do
