Who's running aluminum oil tanks??What ya got and why do you like/dislike??
I,ve got a "graydon" and a yoshi full sytem,the oil tank is so big it hits the pipe as it expands when getting hot.!!Looking for new oil tank and plan on running MBRP!!

 

I am running the Pingry oil tank!!! And I like it!!!!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] That Graydon tank must be HUGE to hit the exhaust pipe!!

I agree with XtremeRaptor too and since I also have pringy oil tank no probo with LRD pipe.

 

What diference does the tank make, any performance, cooling? Maybe just looks???

 

well for one you add one more qt of oil = 3.5 qt instead 2.5 qt w/stock oil tank.
also it will cool down up to 30 degree what I have been told by pringy. meaning cooler engine.....

What if someone made after markey oil hoses that were lined with coper wiring that tapered to the outside of the hose and created a cooling effect through the hoses. Then again i am a dumb noob who doesnt know what hes talking about and this probably wont work.

 

Besides running cooler, it will not crack like the stock oil tank!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
