Default Timing Chain?

I'm tearing down my engine and cant figure out how to get some slack in the timing chain to pull that **** off! I need to get the timing chain off to get the head and cylinder off. Am I gonna have to rip apart everything and get to the crank to get it off?

Default Timing Chain?

Theres a tensioner on the back of the cylinder. loosen and remove the big nut on it and the tensioner and spring will come out of the housing.
