I wasn't that lucky though!!!!!! Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whitebread- I push 67hp on a stock rod, dollarbillz runs nos on a stock rod, crafty runs 65hp on a stock rod, raptorboy 673 runs stock rod. I have zero concerns on mine. We run all the time. I think carrillo is a waste of money. That thing ways a ton more than stock. I think some of these failures are do to the shops working on them. Maybe the beat the crap out of them getting the clips out?? Who knows?? I ride with 20 rappy's , all built and zero failures. IMO a waste of money.

Well, I lost a stock rod on a mild 11.1 comp small cammed 102mm bore. I have personally witnessed 2 other rods fail on stock bore 10.5-1 comp mild cammed motors too!
I do have a few buds that are still using a stock rod and have never had any issues, but if and or when a rod goes, WATCH OUT!!!!! AT high R's it ain't pretty!!!!! Take the cost of your motor work and multiply it by at a minimum 3!!!!!!

I don't wish bad on anybody, but it's happened to more then just a few Rap owners.

Has anyone had a problem with the Carillo? Might be worthwhile insurance.
