10 paddle haulers worked very well on my 686 raptor today

Right on!
I was one of the guys who thought 10 paddles were not the right choice. I stand by my answer. I bet if youd done a 8 or 9 paddle, youd launch off the line better, or at least as well as you have been, and would have possibly been able to PICK UP wheel speed during the run. Just because you didnt bog doesnt mean you made your best run. Personally, im going down to a 9 paddle, for that very reason.

I stand by my answer that 10's are too much as well. I might go down to a 9 paddle also, and i know im pushing more horsepower then you are. I am running the ultra lights though. They hook up a lot better then the regular haulers because they are a balloon type tire. But still...KR is right though, you want your wheel speed to get shoveling quick, if you can get a smaller tire with less paddles to hook up you'll gain top end speed.
