Yes, it works great! I used to run it in my built Warrior to avoid paying the steep price of race gas never had any problems. I love the way it smells!

I would be Leary about running Av gas. You just don't know what your gonna get. I am sure it would work, but its risky! JMO.

I have always heard tha AV gas has way to many additives to make it a good "race fuel". Octane isn't everything I guess. Let us know what you find out.

I use to use it in a XR500 that I had. Worked great got rid of the ping that it had even on premium.

100LL Avgas (LL means Low Lead) has a bunch of additives in it that are necessary for the archaic engines that are found in most general aviation aircraft. While I've heard of people running it with no problems, just remember that it has lead and a bunch of other crap in it that isn't necessary for your engines. I've heard of Avgas fouling up EFI engines, so Cannondale riders be wary...

I am so pro av-gas its not funny!
I have used it for YEARS and it is AWESOME!

It is WAY cleaner and more consistent than pump fuel could ever DREAM of being!

You will need to re-jet, but you will need to do that anytime you change fuels (or at least check the jetting).

Av-Gas is what my motor builder (MP Racing) recommended, and all he runs unless he is running alcohol.

No complaints whatsoever.

Here the article to read this regarding the AV gas.....http://www.osbornauto.com/racing/race2avgas.htm

If I were you I wouldn't use AV gas at all just like Air mention.....

Why not mix 50/50 race gas with super?
