for a 2001 banshee how many oz. per gallon should you run?? or ratio wise....

alright, what about comp 2 oil?? same ratio??

Yes it should be the same I also run 32:1 ratio but I use Amsoil 2000 I find that yamalube fouls plugs a lot with amsoil I find it doesnt foul the plug nearly as much.

I have been on the same plugs for 7 months and never fouled one.

You should use MC1, from my experience this is the best oil you can buy imo. I forget what the ratio is but it says on the container.

I use Amsoil 2000 fully synthetic @ 50:1

Burns clean, doesn't gum up, doesn't foul plugs and gives plenty of protection.
Even at 50:1 there was still oil dripping off the crank when I last tore the top-end off of my 250R. Plenty of oil to protect even at this ratio (which is the ratio they recommend).[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

I would look at what the manufacturer recommends for that oil.
I am unfaniliar with that particular brand, but you can't just go by the same ratio someone else uses.

Also as a general rule, the smaller the CC's, the more oil you want in your gas.

thanks but, he has the SAME quad as i do so, it should be fine
