I am having problems with the headlights on a wolverine. I'll put new ones in and as soon as I turn to high beam they blow. Any suggs. When I bought it, someone had a battery in it that did not look like it fit right for the quad(kinda smaller like a typ motorcycle battery). Would this have any effect on my headlight problem. Please Help.......

 

Check you voltage at the light. It should not be over 15 volts if it is change out the voltage regulator. I have seen this in quads and bikes when people jump them with a car to start them it smokes the regulator.

 

Did the back of the lens have any rust around where the light plugs into the back of it? Was there any water in the lens?
