38 years old and feeling a lot older than that. I am paying for the good times that i had in my 20's. 8 screws and 2 rods keep my spine straight. They are stainless steel. My insurance company would not spring for titanium. I figure that cost me a HP or 2 there.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

(43) here Pretty much what Moose said, it takes longer to heal, so I don't do as many crazy things as I used to, sometimes I think now I am to cautious, MAN ~
it took forever for them ribs to heal last year.
