Default Raptor - Go up in the front or back in the rear?

MrBones,

the +3 extended stock swingarm you found belongs to BlueLeader. PM him and I am sure he could help you out with specifics. You could probably have it made to whatever size you want. I would go with +1.5 to +2 for trailriding or MX. Good Luck!

the way you have your rear shock setup can cause excessive wheeling when climbing a steep hill. if your rear is softer than the fronts, that will cause sag, and throw the balance towards the rear, making it want to wheelie. i wouldn't bother w/ a + anything swingarm til you've tired working w/ your suspension first. i have a set of works tripples w/ 3" of sag in the front to help keep the front end down. my setup is soft all the way around so it matches. you lengthen the swingarm, and you'll hurt your turning radius like racer said. spend the $$$ on some good shocks.and try to tune your suspension to tackle them hills. jmo

That's a very good idea. I plan on riding it this Monday and will tweak the shock settings until I think it's comfortable. Then, if necessary, resort to other means.

I spent quite a bit of time tuning my Quadracer, and it was worth every second. Thanks.
